CCF Any Age Derby

The Central Cumberland Federation Any Age Derby (AAD) is mostly considered the most prestigious race for the race season.  The Any Age Derby is commonly referred to as the Queens Cup after Queen Elizabeth II jubilee committee presented a trophy for the Any Age Derby while in Australia for Her Majesties Jubilee Anniversary.

The Queen’s Cup is a five-bird entry limit of any age pigeon.  The Queen’s Cup is generally raced from approximately 650km.  The race has occasionally been held as the last race of the season.

The Queen’s Cup holds a strong pools participation from $5 pool to $100 pool and several loft pools.  Several years ago, the federation members would basket and ring off their clocks for the AAD at Fairfield Show Ground.  Recent years the race has been conducted from basket centres at several club houses.
